Die technologische Grundlage orientiert sich an der On-Board-Diagnose (OBD) aus der Automobilindustrie und überträgt dieses Prinzip erstmals auf stationäre Wärmepumpensysteme. Dadurch wird eine strukturierte Fehlerklassifikation, eine schnelle Analyse und ein effizienter Service möglich ohne Zugang zum Gebäude.

Basierend auf etablierten Schnittstellen wie Modbus, eBus und EEBus sowie dem Prinzip der On-Board-Diagnose schafft Heapdix erstmals eine vergleichbare, skalierbare Datenbasis für Wärmepumpen.

We are developing the first open diagnostic infrastructure that consolidates data from different systems and translates it into a unified standard. Instead of proprietary standalone solutions, this creates a cross-manufacturer approach to diagnostics, fault analysis, and efficiency evaluation.

The technological foundation is based on on-board diagnostics (OBD) from the automotive industry, transferring this principle to stationary heat pump systems for the first time. This enables structured fault classification, rapid analysis, and efficient service without requiring access to the building.

Based on established interfaces such as Modbus, eBus, and EEBus, as well as the on-board diagnostics principle, Heapdix is creating a comparable and scalable data foundation for heat pumps for the first time.
